Standard Features

User List — Displays a user’s personal information, save the list of attendees for further reference.

Personal Icon — Select from the icon gallery your personal icon.

Entry Tone A doorbell sound letting you know that someone has joined the meeting.

Security — one to three levels of pass codes may be assigned for your security.

Public Meeting — no codes is needed.

Presenting to Others — the "presentation" of a portion of someone’s desktop, together with all the running applications, to the other participants.

Pause — A presenter can go "off air" while they resize or manipulate the application which lies within the capture frame.

Pointer On — The presenter can use their mouse pointer when they need to bring everyone’s attention to a certain object on the screen.

Presenter’s Capture Frame — Controls which images are transmitted to all other meeting attendees-everything inside the borders are transmitted. This frame can be resized and moved to any part of the desktop.

Pause / Resume — You may wish to pause the presentation as you switch applications or for attendees who are connected on extremely slow transmission lines.

Save Screen — Images can be saved as a permanent copy to your computer.

Real Time Demonstrations — one of the most powerful features is the ability to show "live" material such as demonstrations of software products, training with live applications, or even the operating system itself.

Slide Presentations Provide a quick and easy way to go live with your already existing Power Point presentations.

Optimizations Modes — This built in feature allows you to "flip" between a set of slides extremely quickly, giving your viewers the impression of instantaneous transitions.

Request to Present — Participants may "Request to Present" or "Raise hand". Once the request is acknowledged the presenter’’’s functions are passed to that participant.

Lower Hand — Cancels a participant’s request to be a presenter in the meeting.

Text Message Chat — This feature allows messages to be sent to the presenter, another participant in the meeting, or to everyone. This feature may also be disabled should you prefer.

Log or Record Text Chat — Keep a record of the chat for future reference or to help create additional teaching material to be used in future sessions.

Question and Answer — Quiz gives you the ability to ask multiple choices or "yes/no" questions.

Web Surfer — The participants follow the presenter to a URL. Each participant’s default browser popup, displaying the indicated web page.

Ejecting Users from Meetings — Presenters can double-click on an individual’s icon and then press a button to eject the participant from the meeting.
