Presenter Features

Presenting to Others: the "presentation" of a portion of someone’s desktop, together with all the running applications, to the other participants
Real Time Demonstrations one of the most powerful features is the ability to show "live" material such as demonstrations of software products, training with live applications, or even the operating system itself
Presenter’s Capture Frame controls which images are transmitted to all other meeting attendees; everything within the borders is transmitted; this frame can be resized and moved to any part of the desktop
The Presenter’s Capture Frame Features: Green = all attendees have received the data
Yellow = data being shared is in transit to the attendees
Red = off air or pause

Blue = collaboration (application remote control) in progress

On Air/Off Air = title bar advises the presenter of current status
Play/Pause = starts and stops live broadcast of the capture frame
Pointer = turns on your mouse pointer to assist in drawing attention to specific content
Available with company logo
Console On/Off = minimize/maximize the console, which is useful during full screen sharing
High Speed/High Performance = choose spontaneously between speed (reduced graphics and 32 bit true color)
Normal/Slide Show = slide show mode enables behind the scenes caching of content for quicker load and transmission times
Counter monitor tab displays how many attendees have received the image
Power Point Slide Presentations provide a quick and easy way to go live with your already existing Power Point presentations
Optimizations Modes this built in feature allows you to "flip" between a set of slides extremely quickly, giving your viewers the impression of instantaneous transitions
Customize Attendee Privileges show/hide console, allow/disable pointer, allow/disable requests to present, annotate and collaborate, show/hide list of attendees, allow/disable VoIP

Follow me Browsing (follow me tab): the participants follow the presenter to a URL; each participant’s default browser opens, displaying the requested web page
Web Tour (push tab for web touring): allows presenters the ability to create custom tour files containing URLs they wish to push to attendees; web tours are useful when attendees may need to enter personal information while in a group environment
Question and Answer quiz gives you the ability to ask multiple choices or "yes/no" questions
Polling attendees can see poll results with the presenter’s permission; the polling results show responses of individual users
