- Attended
- A conference operator, per your request, is there to
tend to special needs. i.e.: live operator introduction,
sub conferences, etc.
- Pre-conference
- A scheduled conference for the moderators prior to the
main conference. This gives the speakers privacy and time
to organize thoughts. When it is time to begin the
main conference, the operator will join the pre and the
main conference together and give a formal moderator introduction.
- Screening/Security
- Each caller is checked against the list provided by
your company before placed into the conference.
- Roster
- Operators take names and phone numbers of each caller
and provide you with the list.
- Questions
& Answers (Q&A) -

Operators take names of the participants.

Moderators give their presentation, then open the
call up for questions and answers.

Operator formally announces instructions.

Participants signal by pressing "1" on
their touchtone keypad that they have a question.

Operator announces the name of the next person to
state their question.

At closure of the Q &A, the operator announces
"That now concludes our question & answer
session.
- Polling
- Fully operator assisted. Your
question list or survey will be preprogrammed with corresponding
numbers on the touch-tone keypad. A report shows the number
of voters on each question as well as the percentage response.
- Recording
- The conference call may be
digitally recorded for playback, rebroadcast, tape, DAT,
mini disc, or emailing of file in various formats.
- Editing
- Recordings can be edited by
deleting segments, or adding in.
- Live
Introduction - The conference
operator will announce the start of the call and introduce
the key moderator.
- IVR
Scheduling - You can
schedule conferences by using your touch-tone phone &
perform many conference management functions.
