Q/A POLLING

Each participant can ask a question during an operator-assisted Q& A conference by simply pressing 1 on their touch-tone phone. The operator will un-mute their line to bring them into the call to ask their question and then place them back into listen only mode. A Q&A can also be done without the assistance of the operator by simply un-muting the listen lines with a moderator feature of pressing *5.
