One of the most preferred methods of file transfer, receive your recorded audio files quickly using our secure FTP service. Also, transfer your recorded calls to us for playback on your audio conference service, streaming service, or on-demand service. There are no limits on file storage, making it easy to have as many recorded calls available for download/upload as needed. You can also extend your archived audio recordings past 90 days for an additional fee.

Current Customers:
We have created a log in and user name for this SECURE FTP site so you can download your files. The files are usually uploaded within two hours after your call has ended unless it is after business hours. These files are available for 90 days before they are automatically purged unless you opt to extend your time. There is not email notification, just log in to see all files available at any given time.
