Features

  • Music Awaiting Chair – Guests listen to music until a moderator joins the conference.
  • Conference Entry Code – Hosts & Guests must have an access code to join the conference.
  • Entry Tones – A tone will alert the group that someone has entered the conference.
  • Entry/Exit Announcements – Choose from a single tone, name announcement, or silence when callers join or leave a conference.
  • Roster Playback – During the conference a host can play the recorded names of the guests to yourself or into the entire conference (only available if name recording is activated)
  • Lecture – By pressing *5 a host can mute all of the participants and place the call into lecture mode and toggle to interactive and vice versa.
  • Individual Mute – By pressing *6 a guest or host can mute and un-mute themselves.
  • Gain – By pressing *4 a guest or host can increase their volume.
  • Help – By pressing *0 a guest or host can summon the operator for assistance.
  • Lock – By pressing *7 a host can toggle the conference from locking and unlocking call for privacy and security.
  • Record – A moderator can record their call via a touchtone phone.
  • Playback – A recorded call can be playback by a host at any time. 
  • Account Groups – Provide multiple codes/accounts for departments for easy billing.
  • Conference Disconnect Features – Available 5 minute warning or unlimited length upon request.
  • Conference Disconnect by Host – A host can disconnect all callers at the end of the call from their touch tone phone.
  • Email Confirmations – For every call scheduled, a confirmation will be emailed for your review.
  • Custom Greeting - Have a customized greeting on your conference phone number.
  • Direct Entry - Dial a phone number, join the conference. No access code required
  • Pin Code - For additional security, participants may be assigned individual personal identification numbers that must be accompanied with the conference entry code.
  • Recordings - Your audio recordings can be converted into different file formats.
  • Replays - Your prerecorded call can be played at a scheduled time.
  • Editing - Recordings can be edited by deleting segments, or adding in.
  • FTP Site - Upload or download your recordings to our server.  Recordings are kept for thirty days or longer.
  • Reports - Detailed call reports with originating telephone numbers are available.  Participant counts are also available for your calls.
  • Transcription - A word-for-word document of your recorded audio conference.
